How TwoPad works.
One form, two signatures, two coins. Here is exactly what happens in between.
What TwoPad does
TwoPad creates the same coin on Pump and on Stonk from a single form. Both coins get the same name, ticker, image and description, and both trade against the same pair. We call the two of them a twin.
They are two separate tokens with two contracts. TwoPad links them on a twin page so anyone can find one from the other.
What you need
- A Solana wallet in your browser: Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.
- Enough SOL for network fees and account rent on both pads.
- A name (up to 32 characters), a ticker (up to 10) and an image (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, under 4 MB).
- A pair. It has to be one of the 132 assets both pads list.
How a launch runs
- 01
Upload. Your image and a metadata file are pinned once. Both coins point at the same metadata, so they look identical everywhere.
- 02
Check the pair. TwoPad asks Stonk for the pricing and launch config of your pair and builds both create transactions. If either pad cannot launch against the pair, it stops here, before you sign anything.
- 03
Sign on Pump. Your wallet signs the Pump create. Your wallet is the creator.
- 04
Sign on Stonk. Your wallet signs the Stonk create, again with your wallet as the creator.
- 05
Save the twin. The server reads both transactions from the chain and only saves the twin if they really created these coins with these details.
Pairs
On both pads a coin trades against a quote asset: SOL, a stablecoin, or a tokenized stock like NVDAx. A twin uses the same quote asset on both sides, so the two prices mean the same thing.
The pairs page lists every asset that works, grouped by where it comes from.
What it costs
You pay the Solana network fees and the account rent each pad needs to create a coin. TwoPad adds no fee of its own. Trading fees on each coin are set by Pump and by Stonk, not by TwoPad.
If Stonk does not land
Pump is signed first. If the Stonk transaction then fails or you close the second prompt, the Pump coin still exists. The twin page shows it with the reason Stonk did not land, and the coin list marks it as Pump only.
If you close the first prompt, nothing is created and nothing is spent.
Are the prices linked
No. Each coin has its own curve and its own buyers. TwoPad does not move funds between them, run a bot, or keep the prices in line. If the prices drift apart, traders can close the gap themselves, but nothing on TwoPad does it for them.
Keys and safety
Both transactions are built in your browser and signed by your wallet. TwoPad never sees a private key. The new coin addresses are fresh keys made in your browser for one signature each.
TwoPad is an independent interface and is not affiliated with Pump.fun or StonkFun. Anyone can launch a coin. Launching one does not make it worth anything.
